Join Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization to shape the future of its Product Security Program. You will provide technical leadership, perform architecture reviews, and collaborate with engineering teams to balance security with business goals. The team focuses on securing human and machine identities across cloud and traditional infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Define multi-year roadmaps for the product security program
- Conduct secure design reviews and threat modeling exercises
- Integrate cloud security best practices into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor product security team members and guide technical strategy
- Respond to security incidents and customer security inquiries
- Automate operational activities for product and cloud security
What you'll need
- 12 years in cybersecurity with 7+ in product security roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in threat modeling and secure design reviews
- Experience with SaaS multi-tenant product architecture
- Proficiency with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience using AI to augment security tasks
- Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR
- Software engineering or development background
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CSSLP
- Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
