What you'll do
- Adapt diffusion models to handle diverse conditioning signals like audio and motion
- Develop methods for streaming infinite video sequences at real-time rates
- Enhance the perceptual layer for understanding user audio and generating reactions
- Improve lip-sync accuracy, motion realism, and overall visual quality
- Build robust evaluation frameworks and test suites for continuous quality tracking
- Collaborate with the data team to define needs and ensure dataset quality
- Stay current with research in world models and interactive agent modeling
What you'll need
- Strong background in ML, including diffusion models, GANs, and VAEs
- Relevant industry experience in computer vision and machine learning
- Hands-on experience with avatar-centric or video-focused diffusion models
- Proficiency in PyTorch and familiarity with modern ML frameworks
- Strong Python engineering skills with confident use of git and version control
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable research code
- Ability to clearly communicate hypotheses, experiments, and results
Nice to have
- Experience with audio-conditioned video diffusion models
- Deep knowledge of recent video DiT architectures
- Ability to own the full model development pipeline end to end
- Strong publication record in world models or video diffusion
