.txt develops technology that ensures language models produce output in specific formats by controlling token selection during decoding. This process compiles schemas, regexes, or grammars into fast decisions that run inside the inference loop.

You will own the performance-critical components of this system, including automata, indexes, and parsers. The work involves turning team designs into production-ready Rust code, creating Python bindings, and integrating with C++/CUDA inference engines.

What you'll do

  • Lead mission-critical Rust projects from initial concept through to deployment
  • Write and optimize parsing code with a primary focus on execution speed
  • Design and debug formal grammars, efficient parsers, and text-based indexes
  • Implement standard and non-standard automata for token decision logic
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate their work into production Rust code
  • Use advanced profiling and debugging tools to maintain high code quality
  • Maintain automated benchmarking workflows to prove performance stability

What you'll need

  • Proven ability to lead and contribute to sophisticated collaborative Rust projects
  • Track record of developing well-tested, high-performance software solutions
  • Expertise in code profiling, debugging, and CI automated workflows
  • Ability to work with CUDA, C/C++, and Rust/Python bindings
