Join Redpanda as a Staff Security Engineer to own and scale application security across products ranging from the C++ core engine to Go cloud control planes. You will partner with engineering teams to build secure-by-default systems, focusing on threat modeling, vulnerability discovery, and supply chain hygiene rather than treating security as a checklist.
What you'll do
- Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews for new features
- Manage SAST, SCA, secret scanning, and DAST tools in CI
- Build and run fuzzing harnesses for the core engine
