You will work with a distributed team across multiple time zones, driving engineering quality and mentoring peers. The company builds mobile-first platforms used by millions in Southeast Asia and aims to make finance accessible and safe for everyone.
What you'll do
- Own technical design and execution for major products and systems
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure solutions
- Write code, prototype features, and conduct code reviews
- Drive architecture decisions balancing speed, cost, and reliability
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear technical plans
- Mentor engineers and raise overall engineering quality standards
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong skills in system design for high-scale applications
- Proven ability to remain hands-on with coding tasks
- Track record of leading projects from design to production
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs and solve complex problems

- Background operating across multiple products or international markets
