You will work with a distributed team across multiple time zones, driving engineering quality and solving complex production problems. The company aims to make financial expertise accessible to millions in Southeast Asia and beyond.
What you'll do
- Own technical design and execution for major products and systems
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure solutions
- Write code, prototype, review peers, and debug production issues
- Drive architecture decisions balancing speed, cost, and reliability
- Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical plans
- Mentor engineers and raise overall engineering quality standards
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong skills in system design for high-scale applications
- Proven ability to remain hands-on with coding tasks
- Track record of leading projects from design to production
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs and solve complex problems

- Experience scaling teams or systems during significant growth
- Background working across multiple products or international markets
