This position requires deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. You will collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into high-quality software, ensuring best practices across the entire stack.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end feature development from database models to UI components
- Drive technical best practices and architectural decisions across the team
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with product and design to create scalable technical solutions
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Lead large production releases within a continuous deployment cadence
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in technical architecture and processes
What you'll need
- Seven or more years of full-stack engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Strong background in scalable system design and API development
- Experience building products from scratch in fast-paced startups
- Ability to set technical direction and mentor other engineers
- Pragmatic approach to solving complex technical challenges
