As a high-performing individual contributor, you will lead the development of key product slices, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and co-founders. The company is self-funded and prioritizes focus on customers over investor expectations, offering substantial autonomy.
What you'll do
- Lead development of meaningful product slices as a full-stack builder
- Deliver best-in-category features such as scheduling and payments
- Collaborate with account managers and sales to validate feature success
- Join client calls to gather direct feedback on user challenges
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and co-founders
What you'll need
- Approximately 10 or more years of professional engineering experience
- Track record of making significant contributions to past products
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a startup environment
- Full-stack development capabilities
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor
