You will define the shared AI foundation that powers Aleph's financial planning tools, including model selection, context management, and evaluation systems. This position requires shipping production-grade LLM systems and ensuring reliability for customer-facing financial data.
What you'll do
- Own the AI foundation including model routing and proxy layers
- Build eval infrastructure to measure output quality with experts
- Ship agentic features from initial version to optimization
- Implement observability to profile agent behavior and bottlenecks
- Integrate proven practices from evolving agentic systems
What you'll need
- Experience shipping production LLM systems with evals
- Ability to build proof of concepts and ship v0s quickly
- Strong judgment on abstractions and incremental shipping
- Proficiency with LLM APIs and agent frameworks
- Focus on delivering production systems rather than research
- Track record of complex B2B product development
