You will design and build agent-driven workflows from the ground up, balancing AI autonomy with necessary human judgment. This hands-on role requires setting technical direction while collaborating closely with product and design experts.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction for agentic financial audit experiences
- Solve complex, ambiguous engineering problems independently
- Design agent-driven workflows defining AI and human roles
- Partner with product and design on roadmap strategy
- Mentor engineers through code review and pairing
- Contribute to hiring and interview processes
What you'll need
- Proven track record driving complex projects to production
- Experience setting technical direction at team or org level
- Comfortable working with unclear requirements
- Strong collaborator influencing product decisions
- Daily user of AI coding tools like Claude Code
- Ability to rapidly acquire deep domain knowledge
Nice to have
- Background in financial services or compliance
- Experience building AI or agent-driven products
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- History of working at high-growth startups
- Experience with document processing infrastructure
