Join the Core Front-End team at Horizon3, where you will shape the user experience of the NodeZero autonomous pentesting platform. Rather than working on isolated features, you will act as a central architecture group, ensuring consistency, performance, and usability across all product areas.
You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define technical strategy and build reusable frameworks. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, reducing technical debt, and enabling other teams to move faster through robust infrastructure and standards.
What you'll do
- Drive front-end architecture decisions and reduce technical debt across the platform
- Design scalable UI systems and application patterns for multiple product areas
- Improve shared tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and local development experiences
- Contribute hands-on production code using React and TypeScript
- Mentor engineers and influence technical strategy across the organization
- Partner with Design to enhance consistency, accessibility, and usability
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience building modern web applications at scale
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture and application design
- Experience leading large technical initiatives across multiple teams
- Proven ability to design reusable component systems and scalable UI patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience building shared engineering infrastructure or frameworks
- Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API-driven architectures
- Experience working in a monorepo environment
- Knowledge of cloud-native environments and AWS
- Background in cybersecurity or offensive security domains
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog
