Join the B2B Platform team to scale the agency portal used by senior living and home care providers. You will drive architectural decisions and mentor engineers while building intelligent features that manage referrals and provider data.
The role requires deep expertise in full-stack development and a commitment to using AI coding agents and LLMs as core tools. You will solve complex data problems and improve partner experiences through modern, cloud-native systems.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy features across React front ends, .NET APIs, and data pipelines
- Build partner-facing tools in Grace for referral management and reporting
- Integrate AI coding agents into daily workflows to boost team throughput
- Apply LLMs to data extraction, classification, and workflow automation tasks
- Champion quality engineering practices including testing and pipeline automation
- Mentor engineers and define best practices for AI tooling adoption
- Resolve production issues end-to-end from UI to data layers
- Partner with product managers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
What you'll need
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack depth
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and component architecture
- Experience building back-end services and APIs with solid SQL skills
- Working proficiency in Python for data ingestion and automation
- Proven use of AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
- Practical experience building LLM-backed features with evaluation harnesses
- Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS and data platforms like Databricks
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical vision to broad audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or referral management systems
- Background in large-scale web scraping or third-party data acquisition
- Knowledge of entity resolution or master data management
- Experience in healthcare or senior care domains with HIPAA awareness
- Building internal developer tooling or MCP servers for AI agents
