You will design and operate the shared foundation that enables product teams to ship AI innovations safely and quickly. This involves building paved roads for authorization, observability, and LLM governance while enforcing secure defaults across the organization.
What you'll do
- Design shared platform primitives like routing guardrails and secure logging
- Own reliability systems including CI/CD gates and rollback automation
- Implement platform-level security defaults and policy enforcement frameworks
- Manage global delivery controls such as region pinning and residency checks
- Establish SLOs, alerting standards, and incident response runbooks
- Build internal developer platforms with service templates and standard patterns
- Create infrastructure for AI-native engineering with audit logs and governance
What you'll need
- 8+ years in software engineering, distributed systems, or platform roles
- Experience building reusable primitives and scalable standards
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, progressive delivery, and observability
- Proficiency with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with platform-level security guardrails and compliance
- Strong debugging skills for distributed systems and cross-team collaboration
- Valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US
