Join Aleph to solve complex FP&A challenges by replacing scattered spreadsheets with a unified, AI-driven platform. You will lead the development of dense, fast user interfaces and robust data models that help finance teams make better decisions. Working directly with customers and stakeholders, you will drive features from conception through launch.
What you'll do
- Own features end-to-end from problem definition to launch and iteration
- Build performant, spreadsheet-grade UIs for large financial datasets
- Design scalable data models and APIs for streaming and long-running processes
- Develop AI-native features including orchestration and retrieval
- Elevate engineering standards through code quality and clear communication
What you'll need
- Proven track record of shipping intuitive products with attention to detail
- Experience building across the full stack to support broader system needs
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers to understand problems
- Strong fundamentals in tracing requests from UI to data store
- High agency with a builder mindset, often from startup or lead backgrounds
- Pragmatic approach to selecting simple, effective tools
- Clear and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
