Join the Partnerships Referrals & Conversions engineering team to build systems that manage patient referrals and partner data. You will design durable architectures that improve how partners refer patients and how those patients experience care.
As a technical leader, you will shape direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers. The role requires leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to enhance velocity and reduce time-to-value.
What you'll do
- Design and evolve systems for referral management and partner data
- Build scalable referral pathways and patient booking experiences
- Partner with engineering managers and product teams on technical decisions
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery speed and value
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of modern application design and API patterns
- Experience designing system architectures and weighing tradeoffs
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across teams
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code
- Strong communication skills for building stakeholder relationships
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure and tooling
- Experience with distributed systems and event-based paradigms
- Background integrating systems with third-party services
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
