Join the Replication Foundations team within Temporal’s Cloud Global Services organization. You will define the technical direction for Temporal’s open-source replication stack, which serves as the backbone for key cloud features including migration tools and high-availability namespaces.
The work involves leading correctness-critical initiatives from design through operational support. You will collaborate across engineering and product teams to build scalable reliability mechanisms that serve both the open-source community and enterprise cloud customers.
What you'll do
- Define technical direction and evolve architecture for the OSS replication stack
- Lead design of protocols for high availability and cross-region replication
