Join TwelveLabs as a Staff Solutions Architect to help enterprises unlock the potential of video intelligence. You will act as the primary technical resource for key accounts, driving solution design and co-developing applications using multimodal foundation models.
This position requires collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful integrations and adoption. You will thrive in a self-directed role within a rapidly expanding global company headquartered in San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Provide technical expertise and scope use cases for startups and enterprises
- Own technical relationships with strategic customers to drive adoption
- Guide customers on best practices for secure and scalable API usage
- Address design, security, and architecture questions as first line of defense
- Create documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common challenges
- Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and capabilities
What you'll need
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architect
- Experience with hyperscalers, preferably AWS and Amazon Bedrock
- Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal AI, and REST APIs
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern application development
- Deep knowledge of video workflows and video workloads
- Track record of driving implementations from kickoff to production
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
