Join TwelveLabs as a Staff Solutions Architect to help enterprise and startup clients unlock the potential of multimodal video AI. You will act as the primary technical partner for key accounts, driving solution design and successful production launches.
This position requires strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for business stakeholders while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Scope use cases and support implementation of video AI applications
- Own technical relationships with strategic customers
- Guide customers on best practices for TwelveLabs APIs
- Address design, security, and architecture questions
- Create documentation and implementation guides
- Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
What you'll need
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with hyperscalers, preferably AWS and Bedrock
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, multimodal AI, and REST APIs
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and video workflows
- Track record of driving implementations to production
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
