You will own the full development lifecycle for initiatives within Tonal's Business Systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and the iPaaS layer. Your work connects hardware sales with recurring membership revenue, impacting lead-to-quote, order management, fulfillment, and financial processes.
The role requires balancing deep expertise in specific modules with a broad perspective across the commercial and operational value chain. You will partner with stakeholders to define strategy, design future-state processes, and ensure solutions are adopted and working effectively.
What you'll do
- Gather business requirements and convert ambiguous requests into scoped solutions
- Design future-state processes to improve outcomes rather than automating inefficiencies
- Own system solution design across NetSuite, Salesforce, and integrated apps
- Define data schemas, error handling, and reconciliation approaches for integrations
- Develop test strategies and coordinate stakeholder UAT
- Manage solutions through cutover, hypercare, and handoff to support
- Mentor analysts and developers on solution design and technical craft
- Establish solution design standards and SDLC discipline within the team
What you'll need
- At least 8 years designing and deploying NetSuite solutions in enterprise environments
- Direct experience with Salesforce Sales and Services Clouds in connected ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
- Strong functional knowledge of financial processes such as order-to-cash
- Working knowledge of commercial processes including order management and logistics
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into delivered solutions
- Experience moving between technical configuration and strategic stakeholder conversations
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and SDLC frameworks
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IT General Controls and audit-compliant system design
- Experience onboarding new SaaS applications into an ERP ecosystem
- Familiarity with WMS, 3PL, and carrier integrations
