You will partner with large enterprise clients to define AI transformation strategies and drive organizational adoption of Jasper’s marketing agents platform. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will help brands operationalize AI at scale while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
What you'll do
- Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level leaders across customer portfolios
- Facilitate strategic conversations linking AI capabilities to business objectives
- Define measurable success metrics and build multi-quarter outcome plans
- Identify and expand high-impact AI use cases across various business units
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption by identifying new workflows and teams
- Orchestrate internal teams including Product and Solutions Architects
- Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap priorities
- Surface success stories and identify opportunities for customer advocacy
What you'll need
- 7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success or Strategic Consulting
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence VP and C-level leaders without authority
- Track record of leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
- Strong business acumen connecting technology to measurable outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on long-horizon outcome cycles
- Hands-on experience with generative AI or emerging technologies
- Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
Nice to have
- Consulting experience at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, or McKinsey
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations
