As a Strategic Fixer at the company, you will tackle ambiguous challenges that span multiple teams, from failing payroll integrations to complex product implementations. You will own these problems end-to-end, analyzing data, designing efficient processes, and coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and prefers hands-on problem solving over making recommendations. You will work remotely with a profitable, Y-Combinator backed company dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces across the U.S.
