You will serve as the senior point of contact for AI lab partners, overseeing relationships and ensuring account health. The role bridges origination and execution, turning pilots into scalable production engagements while managing commercial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Act as trusted senior contact for lab partners via Slack and calls
- Scope new engagements and convert pilots into production work
- Oversee project outcomes through Human Data Managers
- Manage account-level pricing inputs and margin expectations
- Track partner strategy to identify future opportunities
What you'll need
- 5+ years in account management or technical delivery leadership
- Recent experience with AI/ML data or model evaluation
- Proven track record of growing accounts from initial pilots
- Experience scoping work with commercial responsibility
- Ability to discuss technical topics with senior buyers
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish
