Join the Professional Services team to drive large-scale customer engagements from contract signature to validated business outcomes. You will own multi-workstream projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring responsible deployment of AI agent solutions in production environments.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end accountability for scope, timelines, budget, and risk
- Translate business problems into practical, deployable AI workflows
- Manage technical implementation and human agent readiness plans
- Define success criteria and governance with executive stakeholders
- Drive scope control, change management, and financial oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering and Product
- Mentor Senior TPMs and contribute to team leadership capabilities
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- 7+ years managing enterprise SaaS implementations
- Experience with contracts exceeding $500K in value
- Strong project governance and financial management skills
- Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and integrations
- Willingness to travel up to 10–15% for customer engagements
Nice to have
- Experience in Field Delivery Engineering or embedded delivery
- Background in business process outsourcing projects
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation
- Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
