As Strategy & Operations Lead, you will partner with core teams to solve complex business challenges, build new capabilities, and ensure effective execution as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Drive high-priority initiatives across various business areas
- Collaborate with leadership to address product and business challenges
- Build new teams, processes, and capabilities during growth phases
- Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning to execution
- Research new markets, products, and potential business opportunities
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
- Take ownership of projects to deliver meaningful business outcomes
