Join LILT as an independent contractor to help shape how AI systems understand and respond within Egyptian government contexts. You will design operational scenarios and evaluate responses for factual accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and procedural compliance.
This position offers flexible scheduling without fixed hours or micromanagement, allowing you to work when it suits you best. It is designed as a supplemental income stream rather than a full-time primary job, with no guaranteed hours or traditional employee benefits.
What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios grounded in Egyptian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving and policy interpretation tasks
- Review AI and human responses for accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting government best practices
What you'll need
- Native Arabic speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in government, public administration, or social services
- Background in compliance, public safety, or community programs
- Strong understanding of Egyptian government workflows and regulations
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week reliably
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with no fixed hours
- Not suitable as primary income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
