Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help refine AI systems for Indian government contexts. You will design realistic operational scenarios and evaluate responses for accuracy and cultural appropriateness. This role leverages your expertise in public administration, social services, or compliance to ensure AI tools meet high standards in regulated environments.
What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios in Bengali or English based on Indian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving, policy interpretation, and case management tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and procedural compliance
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and operational realism in all evaluated content
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting public sector best practices
What you'll need
- Native Bengali proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in government, public administration, or social services
- Background in administrative management, compliance, public safety, or community programs
- Strong understanding of Indian government workflows and regulatory requirements
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week with reliable availability
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role (1099)
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source due to fluctuating demand
