Join LILT as an independent contractor supporting an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian government environments. You will design realistic scenarios and evaluate AI responses across areas like public safety, social services, and compliance. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work when you want without fixed hours or micromanagement.
What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios in Hindi or English based on Indian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and policy interpretation tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting public sector best practices
What you'll need
- Native Hindi proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in government, public administration, or social services
- Background in administrative management, compliance, public safety, or community programs
- Strong understanding of Indian government workflows and regulatory requirements
- Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week with reliable availability
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with flexible hours
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
