Join LILT as an independent contractor supporting an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian government environments. You will design realistic scenarios and evaluate AI responses for administrative, compliance, and public safety contexts, ensuring they align with local regulations and cultural norms.
What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios in Kannada or English based on Indian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and policy interpretation tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and procedural compliance
- Ensure content reflects cultural appropriateness and operational realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting government best practices
What you'll need
- Native Kannada speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in government, public administration, or social services
- Background in administrative management, compliance, public safety, or community programs
- Strong understanding of Indian public sector workflows and regulatory requirements
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week with reliable availability
