What you'll do

- Adapt evaluation rubrics for policy interpretation and case management
- Review AI and human responses for factual and procedural accuracy
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and operational realism in content

What you'll need
- Native Marathi speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in government or public administration roles
- Background in social work, compliance, public safety, or community services
- Strong understanding of Indian government workflows and regulations
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week reliably
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor position
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours or micromanagement
