Join LILT as an independent contractor supporting an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian government environments. You will design realistic scenarios and evaluate responses related to administrative operations, social services, and public safety.
This position offers flexible scheduling with no fixed hours, allowing you to work as much or as little as desired. It is best suited for supplemental income rather than a primary full-time job.
What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios in Odia or English based on Indian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and policy interpretation tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and procedural compliance
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and operational realism in all evaluated content
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting government best practices
What you'll need
- Native Odia speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government or public administration roles
- Background in social work, compliance, public safety, or community services
- Strong understanding of Indian public sector workflows and regulatory requirements
- Ability to commit to at least 10 hours of work per week
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with flexible hours
