This role requires native Tamil proficiency and strong professional English. It is designed as a supplemental income stream with flexible scheduling, allowing you to work when you want within project demands.
What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios grounded in Indian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and policy interpretation
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and procedural compliance
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and operational realism in all deliverables
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting government best practices
What you'll need
- Native Tamil speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in government or public administration roles
- Background in social services, public safety, or compliance affairs
- Strong understanding of Indian government workflows and regulations
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
- No fixed hours or mandatory check-ins
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
