What you'll do
- Design realistic government scenarios in Urdu or English based on Indian public sector contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and policy interpretation tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and procedural compliance
- Ensure content reflects cultural appropriateness and operational realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting government best practices
What you'll need
- Native Urdu proficiency with strong professional English skills
- Five or more years of experience in government or public administration
- Background in social services, compliance, public safety, or community programs
- Strong understanding of Indian government workflows and regulatory requirements
- Ability to commit to minimum task volumes of ten hours per week
