What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in French for clinical and administrative settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and patient safety considerations
- Review and score AI and human responses for medical accuracy and feasibility
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare delivery best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness of content for target locale regulations
What you'll need
- Native French proficiency with strong professional English skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Practitioner, Manager, or Administrative Supervisor
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate operational realism and safety implications
