What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Indonesian for clinical and administrative settings
- Develop evaluation rubrics for clinical reasoning and patient safety
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare best practices
- Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness for local healthcare environments
What you'll need
- Native proficiency in Indonesian and strong professional English skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or social assistance
- Background as Nurse, Practitioner, Manager, or Administrative Supervisor
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety, and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
- Requires minimum 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
