What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Japanese for clinical and administrative settings
- Develop evaluation rubrics for clinical reasoning and patient safety
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and regulatory compliance in content
What you'll need
- Native Japanese proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, or Healthcare Administrator
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate operational realism and safety implications
How you'll work
- Independent contractor role (1099)
