Join LILT as an independent contractor to help improve how AI systems handle sensitive healthcare interactions in Kannada. You will design realistic patient care and hospital operation scenarios, ensuring they reflect accurate clinical reasoning and cultural context within India.
What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Kannada for Indian clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and administrative accuracy
- Review and score AI and human responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with patient safety best practices
- Ensure content reflects Indian hospital workflows and regulatory expectations
What you'll need
- Native Kannada speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Practitioner, Manager, or Administrator
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Not suitable as primary full-time income
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
