Your contributions will directly enhance the accuracy and safety of AI responses in high-stakes medical contexts.
What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Korean for clinical and administrative settings
- Develop evaluation rubrics for clinical reasoning and patient safety
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare best practices
- Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness for the target locale
What you'll need
- Native Korean proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, or similar healthcare role
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate accuracy and operational realism in medical content
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
