Join LILT as an independent contractor to help improve how AI understands healthcare environments. You will design realistic patient care and hospital operation scenarios in Mandarin, ensuring they reflect real-world clinical and administrative settings. Your expertise will guide the development of evaluation rubrics and gold-standard answers for AI training.
What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Mandarin for clinical and administrative settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and patient safety
- Review and score AI and human responses for medical accuracy
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness in target language healthcare contexts
What you'll need
- Native Mandarin speaker with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, or Healthcare Administrator
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with no fixed hours
- Minimum 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as primary full-time income
