What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Marathi for Indian clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and administrative accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with patient safety best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness of content for Indian healthcare workflows
What you'll need
- Native Marathi speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, or Healthcare Administrator
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate accuracy and safety implications in medical content
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
