What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Nepali for Indian settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses
- Create gold standard answers aligned with best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness for Indian healthcare workflows
What you'll need
- Native Nepali speaker with strong professional English
- 5+ years experience in healthcare or social assistance
- Background as Nurse, Manager, or Admin Supervisor
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Minimum 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
