This role focuses on evaluating AI responses for medical correctness and operational feasibility. You will contribute to gold-standard answers that align with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.
What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Russian for clinical and administrative settings
- Develop evaluation rubrics for clinical reasoning and patient safety
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for accuracy
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare best practices
- Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness for the target locale
What you'll need
- Native Russian speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, or Healthcare Administrator
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
