Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help improve how AI systems handle sensitive healthcare environments. You will create realistic administrative and clinical scenarios in Spanish for the LATAM region, ensuring they reflect real-world patient care and hospital operations. Your expertise will guide the development of evaluation rubrics and gold-standard answers for AI training.
What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Spanish reflecting LATAM clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and administrative accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with healthcare best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and regulatory compliance in content
What you'll need
- Native Spanish proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Practitioner, Manager, or Administrative Supervisor
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor position (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
