What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Tamil for Indian clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and administrative accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with patient safety best practices
- Ensure content reflects Indian healthcare workflows and regulatory expectations
What you'll need
- Native Tamil proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, Secretary, or Admin Supervisor
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety, and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor role with no fixed hours
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Work from anywhere, subject to international sanction restrictions
