What you'll do
- Design healthcare scenarios in Telugu for Indian clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses
- Create gold standard answers aligned with best practices
- Ensure cultural appropriateness for Indian healthcare workflows
What you'll need
- Native Telugu speaker with strong professional English
- 5+ years experience in healthcare or social assistance
- Background as Nurse, Manager, or Medical Secretary
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Minimum 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as primary full-time income source
- Contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
