What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Urdu for Indian clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to evaluate clinical reasoning and administrative accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers based on healthcare best practices
- Ensure content reflects Indian hospital workflows and regulatory expectations
What you'll need
- Native Urdu proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Practitioner, Manager, or Administrative Supervisor
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to assess safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor position (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
