Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help train AI systems on Indian industrial and supply chain environments. You will design realistic scenarios and evaluate responses based on GCC manufacturing best practices, ensuring accuracy in production, logistics, and engineering contexts.
What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing scenarios grounded in GCC operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving and production management tasks
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for supply chain and engineering operations
What you'll need
- Native-level Arabic with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of GCC manufacturing environments and safety standards
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week with reliable availability
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
