What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios in Assamese or English
- Ground scenarios in Indian operational contexts like production workflows and logistics
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and engineering analysis tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and safety awareness
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in Indian manufacturing
What you'll need
- Native-level Assamese with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in roles such as Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing environments and operational safety standards
- Knowledge of production processes, procurement procedures, and inventory control
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
