You will design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts. Your work helps ensure AI systems accurately understand production workflows, procurement, logistics, and inventory management challenges.
As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. This role is best suited for supplemental income rather than a primary full-time job.
What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing scenarios in Bengali or English based on Indian contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and engineering analysis
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for Indian manufacturing and supply chains
What you'll need
- Native-level Bengali with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing environments and safety standards
- Reliable availability for at least 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
