What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios based on target locale contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and production management tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in supply chain and engineering
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in target language and strong professional English skills
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in roles such as Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, and Indian manufacturing environments
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week with reliable availability
