What you'll do
- Design manufacturing scenarios in Gujarati or English based on Indian contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and engineering analysis
- Review AI and human responses for accuracy, safety, and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for Indian manufacturing best practices
What you'll need
- Native-level Gujarati and strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing workflows and safety standards
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
